I think I am a bit self desctructive with being healthy. All week long I eat healthy, go on jogs after the baby has been put to sleep, get to bed at a reasonable hour. On the weekends, however, the other Kristen comes out to play it isn't pretty. Chipotle? Steak N Shake? Meatballs smothered in barbecue sauce? I'll take two of each.
Running? Hahahahahahahahahaha. No.
Laying on the couch for hours in the evening after eating said food? Yessssssss.
Baby goes to bed around 8pm, momma eats and then goes catatonic around 8:30-8:45p.
Then come Monday morning I am like a supermom again. Waking up with the baby, having every second planned with eating, playing, going on little adventures. Dinner is ready for the hubby when he gets home from work. Baby gets bathed by hubby and then I read to her and put her to bed. And then I somehow manage to find energy to go for a jog.
I just don't know what happens on the weekend. I seriously become a lazy, shut-in who only wants to eat, eat, eat and lay, lay, lay. Like right now, I am sitting here writing this while the hub goes and gets us Chipotle. And guess what we plan to do after stuffing our faces? Oh, that's right, watch a movie.
I think that I pour everything I have into the weekdays that by the time the weekend comes the thought of lifting a finger after baby bedtime is imcomprehensible. Dan is the complete opposite (minus the Chipotle eating). He becomes the superdad on the weekends and plays with the babe and then while she naps will run out and cut the grass. Weekdays I can barely get him to form a sentence to talk to me.
At the very least, it seems to be a good balance.

You're better than me - at least you try 5 days a week. Your weekends are what my entire 7 day week looks like (hanging head in shame). And the last time I ran? It was because a building was falling on me. Apparently "possible death" is the only motivator that works to get me moving faster than slug speed...lol...
