In many respects, this pregnancy is COMPLETELY different then my last one.
1. Less morning sickness (thank the pregnancy gods for that). I still feel like crap, but like hydrated and fed and less puking crap.
2. I am having weird pains and cramps in my belly/no-no zone area. I have been told you have more 'pains' with the second and this is certainly true so far.
3. I am getting fatter quicker. My nice husband tells me, "You aren't fat, you are pregnant". We both know that is a lie. I am fat and I am pregnant. I'm ok with it. I was told I was "big all over" last time, so I can deal.
4. I am far less crazy this time. Last pregnancy I was pretty much crazy my entire first trimester. I would bite Dan's head off at the drop of a hat. This time I am much more calm and collected.
However, some things just don't change...
I have been sick, already, two-three different times in just 4 weeks! Last pregnancy I was sick allll the time. Last pregnancy: Flu (several times), many colds, bronchitis. And that is what I can remember. I know there was more. This time: Flu, two colds and bronchitis. What the hell?
So I am blogging, right now, from my bed at 10am on a Sunday morning in my nightgown, with my throat ON FIRE, congested, feeling totally crappy. Melrose is also sick. Dan is also sick. They are both starting to feel better, but I, on the other hand, am feeling just as bad if not worse. Awesome. I am glad the little monkey is feeling better because I truly hate when she is sick. I would much rather feel like poo then have her deal with the sniffles.
